The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the allotment results for the final mop-up round of the DNB Post Diploma 2024 online centralized merit-based counselling on January 20. Candidates who participated in the counselling process can view their allotment results on the official website, natboard.edu.in.

As per the official notice, candidates must download their seat allotment letter and report in person to the allotted institute with the required original documents on or before January 27, 2025, by 5 PM, to join the DNB Post Diploma course. Failure to report within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.
The notice states: “Candidates who fail to join the allotted institute, produce original documents for verification, or meet the prescribed eligibility criteria by 27-01-2025 (5:00 PM) will lose their admission to the allocated seat. Additionally, any course fees paid by the candidate will be forfeited.”
It further clarifies that the seat allotment is provisional and contingent upon meeting the eligibility criteria and presenting the required credentials in original at the time of joining the allotted institute.

Candidates can check the allotment results by following the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the official website at natboard.edu.in.
- On the home page, click on the link titled “Allotment Result of Final (Mop-up) Round of Online Centralized Merit Based Counseling for DNB Post Diploma – 2024 admission session.”
- On the next page, click on the link given in the PDF to check the allotment results.
- The result PDF will be displayed on your screen.
- Check your roll number and allotted institute.
- Download the result PDF and keep a printout of the same for future reference.
