SCI Recruitment 2024: Registration for Law Clerk cum Research Associate Begins January 14
The Supreme Court of India (SCI) has announced vacancies for the post of Law Clerk cum Research Associate. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website, sci.gov.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill 90 positions within the organization.

SCI Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including an Integrated Law Degree) from a recognized School, College, University, or Institution established under Indian law and approved by the Bar Council of India for enrollment as an Advocate.
Applicants should possess strong research and analytical skills, excellent writing abilities, and proficiency in computer usage, including retrieving information from various platforms such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
Age Limit
The age limit of the candidate should be between 20 to 32 years as on February 2, 2025.
SCI Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages:
Phase I: A Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) test assessing candidates’ legal knowledge, comprehension abilities, and application skills.
Phase II: A Subjective Written Examination focusing on writing proficiency and analytical capabilities.
Phase III: An Interview.
Phases I and II will take place on the same day across two sessions in 23 cities throughout India.
SCI Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
The application fee is ₹500/- plus applicable bank charges, to be paid exclusively through online mode. Payments made in any other form will not be accepted. Applications submitted via postal service will not be entertained. The fee must be processed through the Payment Gateway provided by UCO Bank.
