NEET SS 2024: Last Day to Apply, Exam Dates, and Other Key Details. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will close the online registration window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Super Speciality (NEET-SS) 2024 today, February 24, 2025. Candidates can apply for the exam until 11:55 PM at natboard.edu.in.

Eligibility Criteria
The exam is conducted for admission to DM, MCh, and DrNB Super Specialty Courses across India. As per the NEET SS 2024 information bulletin:
- No state government, private medical college, or university is allowed to conduct a separate entrance test for DM/MCh admissions for the 2024-25 academic session.
- Candidates must possess a recognized postgraduate medical degree/provisional pass certificate (MD/MS/DNB) or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates expecting to obtain their qualification by April 30, 2025, are also eligible to apply.

Newly Included Eligibility for MCh Specialties
Recently, NBEMS announced the inclusion of MS (Traumatology and Surgery) as an eligible feeder course for MCh specialties in NEET-SS 2024.
“Postgraduate degree holders in Traumatology and Surgery have been provisionally made eligible to appear in NEET-SS 2024 for MCh Courses in Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, subject to approval of PGMER (Postgraduate Medical Education Regulation) 2025 and its publication in the Gazette of India,” NBEMS stated.
