The Recruitment 2026 announced by the Karnataka High Court is of 70 Assistant Court Secretary posts. This will be an ideal time to get a stable government job and a good salary to graduates seeking one.
It is an online application process and the candidates have to apply on the official site of the Karnataka judiciary. The deadline date of application form is April 15, 2026. It is recommended that the applicants should be done early enough so that they do not experience last minute problems.
There are 70 vacancies with 11 vacancies under Kalyana Karnataka Region (KKR) and 59 vacancies under the Rest of Karnataka Region (RPC). The candidates should possess a bachelor degree in any of the streams namely Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business related streams.
Applicants also require English shorthand and typing skills along with graduation. They are also expected to possess a certificate course on basic computer knowledge which is of at least three months. Such skills are essential because the position entails secretarial and court documentation.
The lower limit of application is 18 years and the upper limit of application is 40 years when using general category. Age concession can be offered in categories that are pre-reserved in accordance with government regulations.
The successful shortlisted candidates will earn an annual salary of [?]44,900 to [?]1, 42,400 on Level- 7 pay scale, among other benefits.
They will include a shorthand and an interview test in the selection process. The shorthand test is given with 100 marks and it is critical in shortlisting of candidates. The interview shall have 20 marks.
The candidates are required to pay an application fee depending on their category. The main examination can also be done separately.
