IBPS PO & SO 2024: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is set to close the online application process for the 2024 recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO) and Probationary Officers (PO) today, August 21. Candidates who are eligible but have not yet applied should submit their applications on the official IBPS website, ibps.in.
Through the IBPS PO recruitment, the institute aims to fill 4,455 Probationary Officer/Management Trainee positions. The IBPS SO recruitment is intended to fill 884 Scale 1 Officer vacancies.

The Institute will release call letters for both the IBPS PO & SO preliminary exams in October. The Probationary Officers prelims exam is scheduled for October, while the Specialist Officers prelims exam will be held in November.
The IBPS PO prelims results are expected to be announced in October or November, with the IBPS SO prelims results following in November or December.
