IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024: Eligible Candidates Interested in Joining the Air Force as Agniveers Can Apply Online at agnipathvayu.cdac.in

IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will open online registrations for the Agniveervayu Intake 02/2025 today, July 8, at 11 AM. Eligible candidates interested in joining the Air Force as Agniveers can apply online at agnipathvayu.cdac.in. The application window will close on July 28 at 11 PM.

The written examination for IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024 will commence on October 18. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for the IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment.

IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria

Candidates must be born between July 3, 2004, and January 3, 2008 (both dates inclusive). At the time of enrolment, candidates should not be older than 21 years.

Only unmarried candidates are eligible for the Agniveer recruitment drive. Female candidates must also agree not to become pregnant during the four-year engagement period.

Essential educational qualification:

For Science Stream Students:

  • Class 12 or Equivalent: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with Mathematics and Physics, achieving a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
  • Three-Year Engineering Diploma: Alternatively, candidates should have completed a three-year diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology) with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English was not a subject in the diploma course).
  • Two-Year Vocational Course: Candidates may also qualify by passing a two-year vocational course with non-vocational subjects Physics and Mathematics, achieving 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English was not a subject in the vocational course).

For Non-Science Stream Students:

  • Class 12 Exam: Candidates must have passed the Class 12 exam in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
  • Two-Year Vocational Course: Alternatively, candidates may have completed a two-year vocational course with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English was not a subject in the vocational course).
