The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) began the registration process for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 on Tuesday, December 15. Eligible candidates can submit their applications by visiting the official GSEB website at gujcet.gseb.org.
To complete the registration, candidates must log in using their registered email ID or mobile number and password.

Candidates need to note here that the last date to apply for GUJCET 2025 is December 31, 2024.
What is the GUJCET 2025 application fee?
While registering for GUJCET 2025, candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹350. The fee can be paid online via the SBIePay system using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. Alternatively, candidates can pay through any SBI branch across the country using the SBIePay “SBI Branch Payment” option, as mentioned in the official notification.
The application form can only be filled after the successful payment of the fee. It is mandatory to complete the application form in its entirety.
Points to remember while applying:
Following are important points that GSEB has prescribed for candidates:
- Applicants must upload a photograph and signature while applying. Both documents should be scanned in .jpg/.jpeg format. The image resolution for both must be 300 DPI (Dots per Inch) or higher.
- The file size of attachments should be between 5KB and 50KB, with approximate dimensions of 120px x 120px. Attachments must be clearly visible.
- The photograph should be taken against a white or very light background.
- The face should occupy approximately 50% of the photograph and must be a full-face view looking directly at the camera. The primary facial features, such as the forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, and chin, should be clearly visible. Ensure there is no obstruction from hair, cloth, or shadows.
- Mobile phone photographs of the candidate or their signature must not be uploaded.
- Candidates must not wear dark or tinted spectacles; only clear glasses are allowed.
- The candidate’s signature must be written in black or dark blue ink on a white paper.
- The photo, signature, or any other required attachment(s) must be adequately visible, as unclear or improper uploads may lead to rejection.

- On the home page, enter your login credentials (registered email ID or mobile and password)
