The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 result on the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check and download their scorecards online through the candidate login portal.
The Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 exam was conducted to determine eligibility for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor posts. The test was held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for five subjects across the country.
The examination took place on December 18, 2025, in two shifts at exam centres across 220 cities. This year, 2,12,552 candidates registered, and 1,54,080 candidates appeared for the test.

As per official data, the registered candidates included 1,25,748 females, 86,801 males, and 3 candidates from the third gender category. Among them, 93,193 female, 60,886 male, and 1 third gender candidate appeared for the examination.

Candidates can follow the steps below to access their scorecards:
- Visit the official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the link titled “CSIR UGC NET December 2025 scorecard” on the homepage
- Enter the application number and date of birth on the login page
- Submit the details to view the scorecard on the screen
- Download and take a printout of the scorecard for future reference
