Bihar State Cooperative Bank has announced a new recruitment drive for 2026, offering 7 contractual posts across different fields. The official announcement appeared on March 25, 2026, which allows qualified candidates to submit their applications through offline methods until April 15, 2026.
The recruitment process includes hiring Social Mobilization Experts together with Law and Accounts personnel and Crop Husbandry Experts and Agri Marketing and Processing Specialists. The opportunity benefits candidates who hold qualifications in finance together with agricultural and rural development fields.
The age range for applicants needs to fall between 25 years and 40 years of age. The bank has invited candidates who hold degrees like Graduation, B.Com, Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Agriculture, or MBA in Agribusiness. Most positions require applicants to possess relevant work experience.
The salary offered to employees depends on the specific role they occupy. Social Mobilization Experts will earn monthly salaries of ₹55,000 and Law and Accounts personnel together with Crop Husbandry Experts will receive monthly salaries of ₹45,000. The Agri Marketing or Processing Specialist post offers ₹30,000 per month.
