Federal Bank has declared its Apprentice Recruitment 2026, which gives graduates an opportunity to gain professional experience with the help of a one-year training programme. Recruitment is being done under the Apprenticeship Act and is open to the candidates in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
It began the application process on March 10, 2026, and the final date to apply is March 22, 2026. Eligible applicants are required to submit their application online via the official NATS portal of apprenticeship. There will be no offline applications.
The candidates also have to have a full-time graduation degree in a recognised university with a minimum mark of 50 percent. The upper age cap is 28 years up to March 1, 2026. There are also requirements that the applicant is supposed to satisfy like not having undergone any prior apprenticeship and not having over one year of job experience.
The shortlisted individuals will be recruited as Graduate Apprentices in a 1-year term. At this time, they will be paid a monthly stipend of [?]18,000. It is worth mentioning that it is not a permanent job at the bank upon successful completion of the training programme.
Selection will be done by shortlisting of the applications and then interviewing the successful candidates via personal interview or any other method that the bank chooses. Official communication will be done to shortlisted candidates on the next course of action.
The candidates will be asked to take their time and complete the application form with accurate information and attach all the necessary documents. Either wrong information can result in the rejection of the application.
The apprenticeship is a worthwhile experience to young graduates who need to learn the banking processes and get some practical experience in a well-defined bank in the private sector.
