Federal Bank has released its Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification for graduate candidates. The bank is offering a one-year apprenticeship program across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
The online application process started on March 10, 2026, and will close on March 22, 2026. Interested candidates must apply through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
To be eligible, candidates must have completed a full-time graduation with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Applicants should not be older than 28 years as of March 1, 2026. In addition, they must not have completed more than four years after graduation and should not have more than one year of work experience.
The apprenticeship is not a permanent job but a training opportunity. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹18,000 during the one-year training period.
The selection process will include shortlisting of applications followed by a personal interview or another method decided by the bank. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible to apply.
To apply, candidates need to register on the NATS portal, search for “Federal Bank Apprentice,” and submit their application online. It is important to fill in correct details and upload all required documents before submission.
This recruitment drive is a good opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in the banking sector. It will help candidates understand real work environments and improve their skills.
Applicants are advised to apply before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. They should also carefully read the official notification to understand all eligibility conditions and instructions.
With no application fee mentioned, this program is accessible to many candidates looking to start their career in banking through structured training.
