Bank of Baroda Opens Offline Applications for BC Coordinator Post
In the year 2026, Bank of Baroda has declared it has a recruitment drive that seeks to fill the position of Business Correspondent Coordinator. Vacancy is 1 and interested candidates having a graduate degree can apply off line. The deadline of the application is 27 March 2026. The applications should be posted to the address on the notification by the candidates.
Eligibility:
The candidates should be computer literate graduates, well versed in the use of the MS Office, email and internet skills. It is desired to have higher qualifications such as M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA or MBA. Other qualified candidates include retired bank officers to Chief Manager rank or retired clerks who have completed JAIIB. The applicants must be capable of providing three years of rural banking experience.
Age Limit:
In the case of young candidates, the age group will be 21-45 years. In case of retired bank staff, the limit of continuance to be served as BC supervisors is 65 years.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary given by the post is fixed at Rs. 15,000 with a variable amount of 15,000/month. Prerequisitely, the candidates will be paid Rs. 4,000 per month on conveyance and 200 per month on mobile costs.
Selection Process:
A shortlisted list will undergo interviews by a committee led by the Regional Head. The selection shall be done on the interview performance and eligibility requirements.
