The Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the AFCAT 2 Admit Card 2025 at afcat.cdac.in for the upcoming recruitment exam scheduled on 23, 24, and 25 August 2025 to fill 284 vacancies across various branches.
The admit card was issued on 19 August 2025, and candidates who registered for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2, 2025 can now download it by logging in with their registered email ID and password on the official website.
Vacancies
This recruitment drive will fill 284 posts in Flying and Ground Duty branches. The vacancy distribution is as follows:
- Flying Branch – 3 posts
- Ground Duty (Technical) – 156 posts
- Ground Duty (Non-Technical) – 125 posts
Selection process and Exam Pattern
The AFCAT 2 selection process consists of three stages – a written examination, an Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) interview, and a medical examination.
The written exam is of 300 marks and includes 100 objective-type questions to be completed within two hours. The paper covers topics from General Awareness, English Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and Military Aptitude. All questions are in English, and candidates must note that there is a negative marking system, with 1 mark deducted for every wrong answer.

- Go to the NEWS section on the homepage
- Click on the AFCAT 2 Admit Card 2025 link
- A new page will open where candidates must log in using their e-mail ID and password
- The admit card will appear on the screen
- Download the admit card and keep a copy safe for future use
