HP SET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification Mandate
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree from a University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) with at least 50% aggregate marks. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their Master’s degree are also eligible to apply on a provisional basis.
Age Limit
For HP SET 2026, candidates must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit, allowing candidates from all age groups to apply.
