WBJEE 2025 Registration Begins Today at wbjeeb.nic.in. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has commenced the online registration process for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE 2025) starting today, January 22, 2025, on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in.
WBJEE 2025: Important dates
- Online application with payment of fees: January 22 to February 23
- Online correction and downloading revised confirmation page: February 25 to 27
- Admit card release date: April 17 to 27
- Date of Examination: April 27
- Paper-I (Mathematics) timing: 11 a to 1 pm
- Paper-II (Physics & Chemistry): 2 pm to 4 pm
- Publication of results: To be notified later
Before applying for the WBJEE 2025, candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions and information bulletin available on the official website.
Application Fee:
- General Male Candidates: ₹500
- General Female Candidates: ₹400
- General Third-Gender Candidates: ₹300
- SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/PwD/TFW Male Candidates: ₹400
- Female Candidates of These Categories: ₹300
- Third-Gender Candidates of These Categories: ₹200
Exam Eligibility and Merit Lists:
- Candidates appearing for both papers of WBJEE will qualify for both the General Merit List (GMR) and Pharmacy Merit List (PMR), making them eligible for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses.
- Those appearing for only the second paper will qualify for the PMR and will be eligible for Pharmacy courses only.
- Candidates appearing for only the first paper will not be considered for any rank or merit list.
Examination Details:
- WBJEE 2025 will be conducted offline on OMR sheets. Candidates must mark their answers using a blue or black ballpoint pen provided by the WBJEEB.
Steps to apply for WBJEE 2025 when the process begins
- Visit the WBJEEB’s official website, wbjeeb.nic.in
- Select WBJEE from the dropdown menu under the examinations tab.
- Open the registration link given under candidate activity.
- Complete the registration process and log in to the account.
- Fill out the application form, upload documents.
- Pay the application fee.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
