UPPSC ESE 2024 Registration Begins: Apply for 604 Posts at uppsc.up.nic.in. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has opened applications for the Combined State Engineering Services (General/Special Recruitment) Examination – 2024. Eligible candidates interested in Engineer and related posts can apply via the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 604 vacancies. The registration process is now live and will remain open from December 17, 2024, to January 17, 2025. Below are key details regarding eligibility criteria, the selection process, and more.
Eligibility Criteria: UPPSC ESE 2024
Male candidates with more than one living wife and female candidates married to a person who already has a living wife are ineligible for the recruitment unless exempted by the Hon’ble Governor.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and no older than 40 years as of July 1, 2024. This means candidates should have been born between July 2, 1984, and July 1, 2003, inclusive.

Selection Process: UPPSC ESE 2024
The selection process includes a Preliminary Examination, a Main Examination, and an Interview. Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Examination will be eligible to appear for the Main Examination. Similarly, only those who pass the Main Examination will be invited for the Interview.
At the time of the Interview, all original certificates will be verified. Candidates must also provide four passport-sized photographs: two unattested and two attested by either the Head of their Department, the Head of their last educational institution, or a Gazetted Officer.
Application Fee: UPPSC ESE 2024
The application fee for Unreserved/Economically Weaker Sections/other Backward classes is ₹125/-, for SC/ST category candidates the application fee is ₹65/- and Persons with disabilities, the application fee is ₹25/-.
