The PSTET 2024 examination is scheduled for December 1, 2024. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official PSEB PSTET website at pstet.pseb.ac.in.
The Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) will consist of two papers:
- Paper I will include questions on Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. It will feature 150 questions, each carrying 1 mark.
- Paper II will cover topics like Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Science, Social Studies, Art and Craft, Physical Education, Home Science, Urdu, Music, Sanskrit, and other subjects relevant to teaching. This paper will also have 150 questions, each worth 1 mark.
Exam Guidelines: To enter the exam center, candidates must present their admit card (with a scanned photograph and signature) along with a photo ID. If the admit card lacks a scanned photograph, candidates should attach a passport-sized photograph to it and get it verified by a gazetted officer or the principal of a government senior secondary school.

Candidates who want to appear for the written test can download the admit card by following the steps given below.
- Visit the official website of PSEB PSTET at pstet.pseb.ac.in.
- Click on PSTET 2024 admit card link available on the home page.
- A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the login details.
- Click on submit and your admit card will be displayed.
- Check the admit card and download the page.
- Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
Carrying items such as pens, blank paper, mobile phones, smartwatches, radios, calculators, or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited inside the examination center. Candidates will be provided with a ballpoint pen at the venue.
