The Indian Army is set to commence the registration process for the upcoming recruitment rally of Agniveers starting today, February 8. Aspiring candidates can find the application forms for the Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2024 on the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in.
Colonel DP Singh revealed this information during a recent press conference in Ludhiana. Stating that the written test is scheduled for April. Following this, successful candidates will proceed to undergo physical tests.
To be eligible for this recruitment drive, candidates must fall within the age bracket of 17 to 21 years. For Agniveer General Duty positions, candidates must have a minimum qualification of Class 10, while for Tradesmen roles, candidates should have at least completed Class 8.
Here are the documents and information required for the application process:
- Class 10 pass certificate. Ensure that the details provided match exactly with those on the matric certificate. Including name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth.
- Valid personal email address.
- Individual mobile number.
- Domicile details including state, district, and tehsil/block (applicable only for JCO/OR enrolment application).
- Scanned passport-size photograph (size should be between 10 Kb to 20 Kb and in .jpg format).
- Scanned signature (size should be between 5 Kb to 10 Kb, in .jpg format).
- Fill out the detailed mark sheet of Class 10 and any other higher education qualifications in accordance with the eligibility criteria of the category/entry applied for.
