AIIMS Juinor Resident Recruitment 2025: The application window for the post of Junior Resident (JR) at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is now open. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official AIIMS website at aiimsexams.ac.in.
According to an official notification, all provisionally eligible candidates applying for the January 2025 session must deposit a security amount of ₹25,000 through electronic fund transfer.
The deadline to submit online applications is January 20, 2025, until 5 PM. A total of 220 posts are available under this recruitment drive.
Eligibility Criteria: AIIMS Juinor Resident Recruitment 2025
Candidates applying for the Junior Resident (JR) posts at AIIMS must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have passed MBBS/BDS, including the completion of their internship, or hold an equivalent degree recognized by MCI/DCI.
- Only those who completed their MBBS/BDS (including internship) between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2024, will be eligible. This ensures completion no more than three years before the Junior Residency start date, i.e., January 1, 2025.
- DMC/DDC registration is mandatory before joining, if selected.
- Candidates whose Junior Residency services at AIIMS were terminated due to unauthorized absence or disciplinary reasons are ineligible, regardless of other qualifications.
- Candidates are allowed a maximum of three terms as Junior Residents. AIIMS graduates will be given preferential consideration for post allotment. Those who have already completed three terms at AIIMS or elsewhere will not be eligible.
- Experience in Army Services, Central Health Services, private nursing homes, or private practice will be treated as equivalent to Junior Residency.
